About the Program

The Collegiate Recovery Community at North Carolina A&T State University is located on the 2nd Floor of the Student Health Center, room 220.  We have housing options available at Serenity Place Theme Housing link here: http://www.ncat.edu/student-affairs/housing/communities/llc/teaching-fellows.html .  Full time staff include: Dr. Dominiquie Clemmons-James, Dr. Roy Hamilton, Mr. Anthony James, Ms. Calena Creft, and Dr. Vivian Barnette.  Our CRP also hires student each year to work in the center.  We are a small size CRP with about 14 students.  Programming we offer include 12-step programs, Smart Recovery, and Wellness Wednesdays.  Our CRP is part of Counseling Services.  All new and continuing students are welcome
