As the Collegiate Recovery Program Coordinator at the University of Denver, Kelly currently works with students, campus partners, staff, and the community to develop recovery-centered programming to break the stigma surrounding substance use disorder. Kelly is a recovery coach for undergraduate students at the University of Denver and is passionate about resiliency building, recovery wellness, and an equitable environment for all students to thrive. She formerly served as the Director of Healthy Schools at the Florida Department of Education and as a Policy Analyst in the Education and Employment Committee at the Florida House of Representatives. She also earned a Master of Science in Health Promotion from the University of West Florida in May 2024.

Kelly appreciates the opportunity to use her lived experience as a person in recovery to develop strong connections with students, campus partners, and the community.
