We are excited to announce the new members of the Board of Directors at ARHE who have stepped into their positions over the past month. Each member’s term begins at the annual Board Retreat held prior to the annual conference.

Thank you to all of or members of the ARHE Board of Directors who have served over the past year, particularly those who are transitioning off the Board! The time and commitment that each person served has not gone unnoticed. We have been able to reach some exciting new milestones as an organization this past year, including hiring a third full-time staff member and both piloting and launching the SRCRA accreditation process. Thank you for your support, guidance, leadership, expertise, and passion for this profession. Thank you to:

A special thanks to Ahmed Hosni who has served on the ARHE Board of Directors for 7 years in various positions, including Midwest Representative and Co-Chair. Ahmed’s dedication to collegiate recovery and supporting students in recovery has helped to shape ARHE amongst a time of critical transition. Thank you for all you have done for this profession!

The Board of Directors will reconvene beginning in early-August and has a number of projects that will be addressed in the 3rd Quarter of 2024 including: finalizing the 2024-2026 Strategic Plan, drafting a Board Handbook, and budget forecasting for FY25.
