Conference Planning Committee Applications Are Open

Planning for the 2025 Annual Conference is underway and we are looking for people to serve on the Planning Committee from September 2024 – June 2025. Please fill out this form to express your interest in serving/volunteering.

This committee meets weekly on Wednesdays at 1pm ET/12pm CT/11am MT/10am PT beginning in early-September and focuses on developing the details of the conference. 

Members of this committee are expected to:

    1. Attend at least 80% of the scheduled weekly meetings. If members will be absent for a meeting, members are expected to report their updates PRIOR to the meeting and read meeting minutes afterwards.
    2. Serve on a subcommittee responsible for one aspect of the conference. This will Include documenting and reporting the work completed to ensure clear communication. Each committee member will have specific tasks that they are responsible to complete.
    3. Review proposals submitted for the conference (on average this is approximately 8-10 reviews per person, but will vary based on submissions).
    4. Serve in volunteer roles during the conference in June, if attending.

People serving on this committee will be recognized in the conference program materials and receive one complimentary registration.

NOTE: Individuals unable to meet their commitments on the committee will not be given the complimentary registration or be listed in the program.
