Volunteers

It takes all of us to make our conference a success. We could not put this conference on each year without the generous dedication and support of our conference volunteers!

Please consider giving back to the community by signing up to volunteer during one of our time slots. Every hour counts! We are so grateful for our volunteers and can’t wait to have you as part of this year’s conference.

For questions about volunteering, please contact [email protected].

The 2025 Annual Conference Volunteer Sign Up form will open in the late spring of 2025. Please check back in April to sign up!

Volunteer Orientation

A volunteer orientation will take place the first week of June 2025. Each year, we offer the live orientation at least two times to maximize attendance. If volunteers are unable to attend the live orientation, they are asked to please watch the orientation recordings (posted after the live sessions have been concluded). Attendance at the volunteer orientation or watching the recorded content ensures that volunteers feel prepared and knowledgeable about their roles at the conference.

Volunteer Information Packet

A volunteer information packet will be provided by email to all volunteers who sign up prior to the conference. If this information is misplaced, the information packet will also be available for download on this page.

The volunteer information packet will include:

  • Conference Staff Contact Information
  • Volunteer Role Descriptions
  • Onsite Instructions (check-in process, etc.)
  • Script for Session Support Volunteers to read
  • Frequently Asked Questions You May Encounter
  • Hotel Map

**Supporting Our Collegiate Recovery Programs Affected by Hurricane Helene**

To our friends and colleagues affected by Hurricane Helene. We know that Hurricane Helene has caused immense challenges for some collegiate recovery programs, and we are here to offer our support. If your program has been impacted, please do not hesitate to reach out when the time is right for you. We are committed to supporting our community, staff, and students - whether that's with resources or simply someone to listen.
