Collegiate Recovery Research Collaborative
The Center for Young Adult Addiction and Recovery (CYAAR) at Kennesaw State University, Georgia (USA) started the Collegiate Recovery Research Collaborative (CRRC) in 2017. The Association of Recovery in Higher Education (ARHE) is excited to now host the CRRC to allow researchers to connect, collaborate, and progress important research topics within the profession of collegiate recovery.
Currently, the CRRC meets once a month on the first Thursday of the month at 12pm ET / 11am CT / 10am MT / 9am PT. Project-specific meetings may take place outside of this time.
Join the CRRC!
If you would like to join the Collegiate Recovery Research Collaborative, please fill out the form below. Once the form is completed, you will be contacted with more information about current projects underway so that you can get caught up, should you wish to join. If you do not wish to join the current project, you can be added to the listserv and join meetings once a new project begins.
The expectations of the collaborative are that everyone participating is doing or interested in doing research on or related to collegiate recovery, and that members will work to progress projects outside of collective meeting times.
Steps to join the Collegiate Recovery Research Collaborative:
- Please fill out the New Member Interest Form.
- A member of ARHE will email you with information about current projects.
- It will be your responsibility to review current project information and determine what you are interested in working on. Alternatively, you can join and wait for a new project to join.
- A member of ARHE will add you to the CRRC listserv, so that you can receive updates about meetings, current and upcoming research projects, and other research-related communications.
