ARHE Workforce Study Survey

Workforce Study Survey Promotional Graphic

The Association of Recovery in Higher Education (ARHE) is conducting a workforce study among collegiate recovery professionals to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current landscape in the profession. This study aims to gather detailed data on salaries, job titles, positions within universities, responsibilities, and the scope of roles. By analyzing this information, ARHE seeks to identify trends, establish potential salary benchmarks, and provide valuable insights that can help advocate for fair compensation, support professional development, and enhance the recognition and support of collegiate recovery programs across higher education institutions.

***Please note that any person working within a collegiate recovery program  is eligible to take this survey, including students, coordinators, directors or administrators, and anyone in between.

The survey will be conducted throughout Q4 of 2024. Please complete the survey before December 31, 2024.
