Speakers & Presenters

Once selected, speakers will be able to log into the speaker management portal above to edit their bio or session information.

Please note: Presenters are responsible for their registration unless told otherwise in writing.

Log in to the Speaker Management Portal to view tasks to complete. Slides and handouts can be uploaded in the portal in order to make them available to attendees. 

Upon arrival to the presentation room, speakers will be given access to an A/V laptop. Please use the laptop provided to you (Windows PC) to log in and access your presentation, or prepare to bring your slides on a USB / portable hard drive. Only the presentation laptop will be set up with internet access. Additionally, the presentation laptop must be used for screen projection and presentation recording. Presentations will be recorded unless the speaker has actively opted out.
