Where can attendees get a meal nearby?
The Denver Marriott Tech Center is located near a variety of dining options in the Denver Tech Center area. Options will be listed in the conference app. The hotel also has on-site dining options.
Where do I park?
The Denver Marriott Tech Center has on-site parking. Parking will be free for attendees, as the hotel waived on-site parking fees.
Getting around without a car?
The Denver Marriott Tech Center is accessible via RTD light rail. The Arapahoe at Village Center station (E/F/R lines) is approximately 0.4 miles from the hotel. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is also readily available. To get from the airport to the hotel, the RTD light rail is also your most cost-effective option.
Will there be internet access?
Free hotel WiFi is available in guest rooms and public spaces. However, WiFi may not be consistently available in all breakout spaces. Presenters will be given access to a dedicated laptop in each room with stable internet for their sessions.
What is the conference dress code?
Casual to business casual. Indoor venues can be cool, bring layers. Denver in late June can be warm during the day and cool in the evenings.
Are recovery meetings held onsite?
Yes. Recovery meetings will be held multiple times daily in the designated room, Iris. See the conference app for the full schedule.
Are Continuing Education (CE) credits available?
Yes. In 2026, CE credits are available both for attending sessions live AND for accessing the post-conference recording library. See the conference app for full details.
What is the registration cost?
Registration details are available at collegiaterecovery.org/conference/register. Please direct attendees to the registration desk for specific questions.
When does the registration desk open?
Friday, June 26: Registration opens for pre-conference activities. Full registration desk hours will be listed in the conference app and at the Rocky Mountain Event Center.
Will photos and videos be taken?
Yes. Use of attendee likeness is assumed unless a written request is submitted to conference@collegiaterecovery.org. All breakout and general sessions are being recorded for the post-conference library and photographs will be taken by designated volunteers. A photo library will be emailed to attendees approximately 3-4 weeks after the event. We will be taking photos and encouraging social media engagement using the hashtags #ARHE2026 and #ARS2026 and #AAPG2026.
How do I report a concern or complaint?
Report issues or concerns via the ARHE Conference Reporting Form: https://bit.ly/issuesreport2026 (also available in the app and on printed signage). If contact information is provided, you will receive follow up once the issue has been addressed. You may also report issues anonymously, if desired. For immediate in-person assistance, please visit the registration desk.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Download the conference app (details will be provided in your registration confirmation). The app contains the full schedule, recovery meeting times, and other conference details.
When is next year’s conference?
ARHE will host an annual conference virtually next year on June 24 and 25, 2027. ARHE will also be hosting in-person regional summits. Details on dates and locations of the regional summits will be forthcoming; any interested institutions should review the regional summit information packet and submit a letter of interest to Kristina Canfield (kristina.canfield@collegiaterecovery.org) no later than July 31, 2026. ARS will be hosting an in-person national conference June 29 & 30 in Houston, TX. Additional information about AAPG will be posted once decided. Additional announcements will be made at the conference and via the ARHE newsletter.
