Optional Carpooling / Room Sharing Request

ARHE/ARS/AAPG want to provide a way for individuals to express an interest in carpooling to the Annual Conference in Denver and/or partnering with a roommate to share the expense of hotel lodging. This is intended as a service to support the accessibility of the annual conference and ensure an incredible conference experience for all.
Please complete this form to indicate your request if you are interested in:
  • Being connected with others for travel or
  • Sharing a room

NOTE: Completion of this form does not mean that the conference committee will be able to accommodate or connect you with others, but rather the team will try to bridge connections. The conference committee is providing this as a service to potential conference attendees. We cannot warrant the suitability of any ride or room sharing arrangement for any individual. Individuals that choose to connect with one another through this service do so at their own risk.
